Yale Creek Ranch now has whole frozen chickens available and is accepting orders for half and whole pork and lamb shares.  Beef quarters & halves are also available, and steaks and other cuts by the pound, from our certified organic pastures to your table – enjoy!  Please find meat share prices attached.  Payment plans are available

Yale Creek Ranch is located at the confluence of Yale Creek and the Little Applegate River in the Siskiyou Mountains of southwest Oregon. The ranch comprises 85 acres of pasture and hayfields (45 acres), gardens (5 acres), oak savanna and diverse woodlands. We raise grass fed beef and lamb, pastured eggs, vegetables and vegetable seed, fresh cut flowers, and potted native perennials and landscape plants. We are members of the Siskiyou Sustainable Cooperative CSA, Oregon Tilth certified organic and Salmon-Safe.
