Lupin Knoll Farm

Lupin Knoll is Lupines Flowers of blue blooming along a water way

located along Lower Williams Creek in the Applegate valley. 33 acres in total, much of which is riparian zone, farm field with row of new young plants, water sprinkers, green trees in background and a Green house at side of field.about 4 are farmed.

Tilth Certified Organic since 2001. Salmon safe.

Our main work is in breeding with sweet corn. The colors in our food are nutrients for our bodies. Our goal is to develop colored and

multi-colored corn varieties corn kernals, a close up view showing various colorerd, dark red, yellow. with enhanced sweetness.

We are working with both open pollinated corn cobs on a tray and hands selecting kernals that will be used as seedsand hybrid varieties.

 

We are also breeding some marigolds, Marigold flowers of golden yellow on  green stalks

and on occasion grow other seed on contract.
