Earth and Sky - Bakery - Flowers

Full Bloom Farm is part of an intentional community located on Yale Creek just a couple miles off of Little Applegate Rd. Matt Vivrett and Aria Bettinger started the farm two years ago and are currently growing broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, kale, fennel, peas, cauliflower, strawberries, winter squash, culinary herbs, raspberries and garlic, as well as a wide variety of tree fruits and blueberries.

The farm is only a small part of the community and also just a fraction of the 282 acres of this community, which sits at 2500’ in the foothills of the Siskiyou Mountains. On the land are many acres of forest, two year-round creeks, two ponds and views of Dutchmen’s Peak and the Siskiyou Crest area.

Other business endeavors at Full Bloom includes Earth and Sky, Rise Up Artisan Breads and Heart Of The Country Organic Flowers, both of which are featured as extras for the CSA’s produce boxes.

Rise Up! Artisan Bread:

Rosie and Jo own and operate this bakery with state of the art bread baking equipment. This includes a magnificent wood fired oven, called a Llopis, direct from Spain but built on sight by 2 Spaniards with our help! Combining old and new world technologies from masonry to steel, this oven makes us efficient and able to produce some of the best bread you've ever had. You've got to see it to believe it, so please feel free to give us a call and set up a time to come by. We live and work on our farm on Yale Creek Rd, right off of Little Applegate Rd. We love this valley and want nothing more than to be your village baker. Thank you for your interest and support.

Heart of the Country Organic Flowers:

This is our third season as part of the Siskiyou Sustainable Cooperative.  We'll be growing over 75 varieties of specialty cut flowers this year, all tended with love and care for the community of  birds, bugs and other wildlife that frequents our quarter-acre of beauty.  You are welcome to come spend time in the garden -- just call in advance to let us know.  We are also offering flowers for special events, starting in June; you can contact us to make arrangements.
